The Renaissance Man

The term “Renaissance man” often describes a man who is good at many different things.  This ideal emanates from Renaissance Italy.

                                     “A man can do all things if he will.”

Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo idealize the Renaissance man. Leonardo was a famous painter.  Additionally, he was a scientist, philosopher, engineer, and mathematician.  Similarly, Michelangelo was an extraordinary sculptor, painter, architect and poet.

Perhaps you are more like me.  Aspiring for greatness but settle for being a “jack of trades, master of none”.  In either case, if you enjoy the pursuit of multiple passions, this site is for you.
